We are looking for an experienced Media Buyer to join a fast-growing international digital business and take ownership of performance acquisition campaigns across DSP-style ad networks and additional traffic sources. This is a hands-on role for someone who can independently launch, manage, optimize and scale campaigns while maintaining strong control over traffic quality, conversion performance and profitability. The ideal candidate has around 3-4 years of media buying/performance marketing experience, has managed meaningful daily budgets, and understands how to scale campaigns across platforms such as Adcash, Adsterra, PropellerAds, ExoClick, TrafficJunky, TrafficStars or similar networks. Experience within Adult/Dating is strongly preferred.
