We are looking for an experienced English-Speaking Retention Agent to join a growing and dynamic team in our Belgrade office. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in retaining high-value clients within the Forex, CFDs, Crypto, or iGaming industry and, most importantly, proven experience working with UK traffic. If you're driven by targets, enjoy building long-term client relationships, and know how to maximise client value, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities ● Manage and retain an assigned portfolio of UK clients. ● Build strong, long-term relationships through regular communication. ● Increase client lifetime value through effective retention strategies. ● Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions. ● Reactivate inactive clients and encourage continued trading/activity. ● Achieve individual and team retention KPIs. ● Maintain accurate records in the CRM system. ● Work closely with Sales, Compliance, and Management teams.
