We search an iGaming Biz Dev UA/RU for a high-performing, international team of media buying professionals operating across multiple - Identify, recruit, and onboard new direct advertisers in key markets  - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to maximize performance and secure optimal deal conditions  - Monitor deal activity, analyze performance metrics, and provide regular reporting  - Develop and execute strategies to increase deal volume, engagement, and ROI  - Negotiate competitive commission structures and promotional agreements  - Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory guidelines and brand standards  - Collaborate with internal teams (Product, CRM, Legal) to support campaign success  - Attend industry events and conferences to expand network and promote partnerships 

We are building a fast-growing Affiliate Marketing & Marketplace platform focused on Cash on Delivery (COD) across Latin America. We are looking for a results-driven Advertiser Acquisition Manager to lead merchant and advertiser growth in the region. This is a hunter role with full ownership of advertiser pipeline development, deal structuring, and revenue growth. You will be responsible for identifying, pitching, negotiating, and onboarding new e-commerce merchants and advertisers interested in performance-based (CPA) COD campaigns. You will work closely with internal affiliate and operations teams to structure profitable offers, ensure smooth onboarding, and drive long-term partnerships across LATAM markets.
