We're a performance marketing agency generating leads for the largest home services companies in the US. Nationwide campaigns, real budgets, direct relationships with the biggest buyers in the industry. We've been in this game for over a decade, and we're scaling. You'll own paid acquisition on Meta. That means managing dozens of active ad campaigns across several ad accounts — profitably, every single month. Our target is 30% ROI on ad spend, month over month. This is not a "launch it and let it run" job. You'll be testing angles, creatives, and landing pages constantly, killing losers fast, scaling winners hard, and keeping tight control of numbers across every account you touch.  

We are looking for an experienced Media Buyer to manage, optimize, and scale paid media campaigns for affiliate offers. In this role, you will be responsible for running high-ROI performance marketing campaigns across various verticals. The main vertical is Dating and iGaming , using data-driven strategies to maximize conversions and profitability. What we’re looking for: Proven experience in performance marketing and media buying Strong understanding of campaign optimization and scaling Ability to analyze data and make profitable decisions Experience working with affiliate offers is a plus
