Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Country Manager / Master Affiliate to lead growth and influencer partnerships.
This role is ideal for someone with strong connections in the creator ecosystem who can scale affiliate networks, drive revenue, and build high-performing partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Market Expansion
Develop and execute growth strategies tailored to assigned markets
Identify high-potential niches, creators, and traffic sources
Stay ahead of regional trends and platform dynamics
Influencer & Affiliate Network
Recruit and manage influencers, creators, and affiliates (from any geography)
Build scalable affiliate structures (including sub-affiliates)
Maintain relationships with top performers
Revenue & Performance
Drive traffic, conversions, and revenue
Optimize campaigns across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, Reddit, etc.)
Track CPA,...
