About the Role

We are looking for a motivated, German-speaking Affiliate Account Manager to support and grow our affiliate partnerships in the German market.

This is a great opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or business development who is looking to further develop their career in performance marketing.

Experience working with affiliate marketing platforms such as Awin, Impact, CJ, or Everflow.

An established network of contacts within the German affiliate marketing industry.

Good understanding of the German digital marketing landscape, including local publishers, affiliates, influencers, and partnership opportunities.

• Language Skills: Fluent German (C1/C2 level or native proficiency) and good command of English.
• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, partnerships, or business development.
• Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of affiliate marketing principles, partnership models, and performance-based marketing.
• Affiliate Recruitment: Hands-on experience with partner sourcing, affiliate recruitment, outreach, and relationship building.
• Account Management: Ability to manage existing affiliate partnerships, maintain strong relationships, and drive partner performance.
• Communication & Negotiation: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Business Development: Proactive approach to identifying, approaching, and onboarding new affiliate partners.
• Work Ethic: Self-motivated, independent, and results-oriented, with the ability to take ownership of responsibilities.
• Organization: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
