Head of Affiliate Growth | Adult AI App | Remote

The product is an AI companion app where users create characters they can chat and call with and build relationships. It includes adult content and is for adults aged 18+ only. Commercial launch is starting across the US, Canada, UK and Australia.
The small team wants affiliates to become one of its main acquisition channels, but has no affiliate marketing experience, existing program or playbook, or internal specialist to train you. You will make decisions on strategy, tools and deals, report directly to the CEO, and work with quick decision-making.

What you will do:

01 Set up the program
Choose the tracking platform, configure S2S postbacks, define commission models (RevShare, CPA, hybrid, PPS, PPL) and establish payouts.

02 Recruit affiliates Media buyers; SEO and review sites; creators on X, Reddit and TikTok; Telegram channels; and adult and dating networks.

03 Manage partners
Handle offers, creatives, landing pages and custom deals, and make sure partners are paid on time.

04 Improve the funnel
Work with the product team on the path from landing page to free sign-up to first payment, and run A/B tests along the way.

05 Keep traffic clean
Monitor fraud, traffic quality and chargebacks, and stay within payment processor and ad network rules.

06 Report weekly
Share a short weekly update on active affiliates, paying users, net revenue, EPC, refund rates and chargeback rates.

- At least 3 years in performance affiliate marketing, including a program you launched or grew yourself on the advertiser side.
- Experience in high-risk verticals such as adult, dating, cam, AI companions, iGaming or a closely related area.
- Affiliate relationships strong enough to bring partners on board in your first few weeks.
- Hands-on experience with a tracking platform such as Everflow, Voluum, Tapfiliate, Rewardful or similar.
- A clear understanding of EPC, LTV and payback numbers, and the ability to explain where each one comes from.
- Fluent English and comfort working with 18+ content.

Also useful: Experience with subscription or token-based products, media buying on adult ad networks, and regular attendance at Affiliate World, TES, XBIZ, Sigma or similar events.

Compensation and working terms

MONTHLY BASE: $2,500/month
PROFIT SHARE: 8% of profits, in addition to the monthly base
HOURS: Full-time, with flexibility in how you organise your days
LOCATION: Fully remote, ideally in a European or Gulf time zone
INDUSTRY EVENTS: A budget for industry events and meeting affiliates in person
