Our client is looking for a hands-on Technical SEO & Organic Growth Lead to build our organic acquisition engine from the ground up.

In the adult industry, traditional paid acquisition channels such as Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok are largely unavailable or heavily restricted. Organic search is therefore one of the most important long-term growth channels we can build and control.

Your mission is to establish  organic presence across our website, creator profile pages, and safe-for-work (SFW) creator recruitment funnel. You'll combine deep technical SEO expertise, programmatic SEO, content strategy, and industry-specific link acquisition to turn organic search into a scalable acquisition channel.

This is an early-stage, high-ownership role. Organic growth takes time, but the foundation we build today will compound over time. We're looking for someone who knows how to operate in restricted verticals, can work directly with engineers, and has a proven track record of delivering measurable organic growth.

What You'll Do

• Own technical SEO for hidden.com and creator profile pages, including crawling, indexation, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, and schema.
• Build a programmatic SEO strategy for thousands of creator profiles.
• Develop keyword and content strategies for fan discovery and SFW creator recruitment.
• Build link-acquisition strategies tailored to the adult industry.
• Coordinate organic distribution across Reddit and X with content and creator teams.
• Track rankings, organic traffic, and growth opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• Required: Experience in adult, iGaming, or another high-risk vertical.
• Proven organic growth results with measurable before-and-after traffic data.
• Strong technical SEO expertise and experience working with engineers.
• Hands-on experience with programmatic SEO and large-scale templated websites.
• A proactive, data-driven mindset and the ability to execute independently.

Nice to have: Experience with creator platforms, user-generated content, recruitment funnels, and organic Reddit/X strategies.

First 90 Days

• 30 days: Complete the technical audit and keyword strategy.
• 60 days: Ship priority fixes and launch the SFW recruitment content engine.
• 90 days: Demonstrate organic growth and establish a scalable programmatic SEO and link-acquisition strategy
