C2B Solutions Officer – FX / Brokerage (Cyprus-remote) J:554

We are looking for an experienced C2B Solutions Officer with a strong background in FX brokerage, banking and payment solutions.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with banks, PSPs and payment providers, managing client deposits, withdrawals and payment flows for an FX/Forex or CFD broker.

is a commercially focused role for someone who can source new solutions, negotiate with providers, manage banking relationships and optimize payment performance.

Important This is not a generic payments role:  We are specifically looking for someone with hands-on FX brokerage experience who understands C2B banking and payment solutions and can build and manage strong relationships with banks and PSPs.

• Manage and develop C2B banking and payment solutions.

• Build and maintain relationships with banks, PSPs and payment providers.

• Source and onboard new solutions for client deposits and withdrawals.

• Negotiate fees, limits, settlement terms and commercial conditions.

• Monitor payment performance, approval rates, volumes and costs.

• Resolve operational and payment issues with providers.

• Work closely with Compliance, Finance, Operations, Risk and IT.

• Research new banking opportunities, APMs and local payment solutions.

• Provide management with recommendations on payment performance and new opportunities.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in C2B banking/payment solutions.

• Previous experience with an FX/Forex or CFD broker is strongly preferred.

• Strong understanding of brokerage deposits, withdrawals and payment flows.

• Proven experience managing banks, PSPs and payment processors.

• Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills.

• Good understanding of payment processing, fees, limits and settlement.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple providers.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills. Advantageous

• Existing network of banks, PSPs and payment providers.

• Experience with international markets and high-volume FX/CFD brokers.

• Knowledge of alternative and local payment methods.

• Experience with regulated financial businesses.

The candidate need to be in Cyprus, also visiting their upon needs, maybe just in the beginning will be needed for training
