Affpal is buidling live for Trackdesk an affiliate network with a strong focus on the Nutra vertical. We are a team of 3 all, over 10 yeras in the the space and well respected. + we have attention from day one over Trackdesk 

We're looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager who enjoys building relationships, scaling affiliates, and taking ownership rather than waiting for instructions.

Your Responsibilities

As an Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for developing and growing a portfolio of affiliate partners while acting as their trusted consultant.

Your day-to-day tasks include:

• Onboard new affiliates (we support you with our mediapartners with qualified inbound leads but we need you to grind also with your rolodex and active outreach)
• Activate newly approved affiliates and help them launch successfully
• Identify growth opportunities and help partners scale their campaigns
• Negotiate commercial terms together with management where required
• Monitor affiliate performance and proactively identify optimization opportunities
• Represent the company at international affiliate conferences and networking events

Must Have

• Minimum 2 years of Affiliate Management experience
• Competitive fixed salary
• 5–10% commission on the margin you generate — transparent and straightforward, with no hidden conditions
• Work directly with Stefan "Affpal" Muehlbauer and two experienced founders with many years in affiliate marketing
• A high volume of inbound affiliate applications
• Exclusive advertiser deals not available to the broader market

• International conference attendance and networking opportunities
• Fully remote work environment

• Minimum 1 year working with Nutra offers
• Fluent English
• Fluent Ukrainian or Russian
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing KPIs and performance models
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
