We are looking for 1–2 Affiliate Managers to join a fast-growing performance marketing team in the online dating space.
This role sits at the intersection of relationship management, data analysis, and traffic optimization. You will manage affiliates end-to-end: onboarding, daily performance monitoring, optimization discussions, and growth planning. You are expected to understand numbers well enough to use them, not just report them.
If you’re great with people but allergic to data, this won’t work. If you love dashboards but can’t hold a conversation with partners, also not a fit.
Affiliate & Partner Management
- Manage and grow a portfolio of affiliate partners (existing + new)
- Own communication with affiliates: daily performance, feedback, troubleshooting, and scaling opportunities
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with partners and internal stakeholders
- Proactively identify underperformance and act on it fast
Performance & Optimization
- Monitor key KPIs daily (ROI, CPA, ARPU, conversion rates, volume, caps)
- Analyze traffic quality and spot patterns, anomalies, and opportunities
- Translate data insights into concrete actions (traffic adjustments, source testing, scaling decisions)
- Work closely with internal teams (product, BI, marketing assistants) to improve performance
Traffic Understanding (Important)
- Understand how affiliates buy traffic (sources, formats, GEOs, devices)
- Be able to read performance data and apply it to buying decisions
- Support affiliates with optimization insights (flows, landers, funnels, targeting)
- Flag bad traffic early and protect margins
What We’re Looking For:
Must-Haves
- 1–3+ years experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or online dating -> Typically 1–3 years of hands-on affiliate management experience, with proven ownership of accounts and performance.
- Strong communication skills (confident, clear, not passive)
- Experience with tracking platforms (Everflow, Cake, HasOffers, Voluum etc.)
- Comfortable working with numbers and performance dashboards
- Ability to connect data → decisions → actions
- Organized, reliable, and proactive
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Remote role. Candidates may be located anywhere, but must work CET business hours (Amsterdam time).
Big Plus
- Previous experience in dating, adult, or token/credits-based products
- Understanding of media buying logic (even if you weren’t a buyer yourself)
- Experience scaling accounts, not just maintaining them
Working Conditions
- Remote, full-time
- CET working hours required
- Competitive base salary
- Performance-based bonus scheme
- Fast-paced environment with real ownership and growth potential
Who This Role Is NOT For
- People who need constant micromanagement
- People who avoid numbers or “don’t like data”
Why Join
- High-impact role with real responsibility
- Exposure to large-scale performance traffic and decision-making
- Direct influence on revenue and growth
- Not a corporate environment, no unnecessary titles – just results
