About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Development / Creator Partnerships professional with an established network in the US creator economy. The ideal candidate has proven experience working with high-profile content creators and influencers and can leverage existing relationships to build strategic partnerships.

This role is focused on expanding our network of leading US creators and driving long-term collaboration opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

●      Identify, engage, and build relationships with high-profile US content creators and influencers.

●      Leverage an existing network to introduce and onboard top creators.

●      Develop and execute creator partnership strategies to support business growth.

●      Negotiate partnership opportunities and collaborate with creators on long-term initiatives.

●      Represent the company professionally within the creator ecosystem.

●      Build trust and maintain strong relationships with creators, agencies, and industry stakeholders.

●      Stay informed about creator economy trends, emerging talent, and platform developments.

●      Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful creator partnerships.

Requirements

●      Proven experience in Business Development, Creator Partnerships, Talent Management, Influencer Marketing, or a related field.

●      Strong existing network within the US creator industry.

●      Demonstrated relationships with creators who have large online followings.

●      Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.

●      Self-driven and able to work independently in a remote environment.

●      Fluent in English.

Preferred Qualifications

●      A respected figure within the creator economy.

●      Experience working with top-tier creators, agencies, or creator management companies.

●      Strong understanding of YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and other major social media platforms.

●      Experience closing partnership or sponsorship deals.
