An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Affiliate Manager to join a fast-growing online gaming company.

The ideal candidate is passionate about the iGaming industry and has a strong understanding of affiliate marketing, industry challenges, and opportunities. They are a confident relationship builder with excellent communication and sales skills, capable of identifying and developing new affiliate partnerships and traffic sources. Experience with the UK, German, and/or Nordic markets is considered a strong advantage.

The successful candidate will work closely with the digital marketing team, contributing ideas, sharing market insights, and helping drive the affiliate strategy. They will stay up to date with industry trends, build long-term relationships with partners, and represent the company at local and international industry events.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment that values ownership, open communication, responsibility, and continuous growth.

About You:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in affiliate marketing within the iGaming industry, ideally serving as an affiliate manager, but not a must.
• Essential skills involve a passion for negotiation and a comprehensive understanding of gaming, particularly in the realms of betting and iGaming affiliates.
• The ideal candidate should be highly analytical, proficient in internet advertising metrics, conversion rate optimization, and financial analysis.
• Strong negotiation and implementation skills are a must, along with a tenacious and positive attitude that aligns with representing our brand.
• Additionally, flexible to attend major gaming events worldwide is crucial for attracting new affiliates, gaining competitive insights, and fostering business growth.

Responsibilities :

• Foster strong relationships with assigned affiliate partners, ensuring top-tier service.
• Lead affiliate team operations for industry leading services.
• Collaborate closely with all assigned affiliate partners, proactively addressing their needs.
• Drive acquisition of new affiliate traffic and propose innovative marketing strategies.
• Propose creative ideas to market our brand in the affiliate area (such as marketing campaigns, material or technical solutions)
• Alignment with internal stakeholders, including country/marketing/brand manages, BI and compliance.
• Ensure a positive ROI from affiliations and provide regular performance reports.
• Maintain up-to-date affiliate materials, including campaigns, design, and bonus offers.
• Stay informed on legal changes, ensuring compliance among all affiliate partners
• Report on results, performance, and challenges on a regular (weekly/monthly) basis.
• Ensuring all material with the assigned affiliates is up-to-date; campaigns, design, landing pages, bonus offers, links.
• Following any legal changes/ requirements and making sure all Affiliate partners are compliant
