About the Company

We are a SaaS business specializing in voice and SMS services for performance marketing and
lead generation companies. Alongside the software platform, we also operate a managed
performance marketing agency that runs voice and SMS campaigns end-to-end for clients who
prefer a done-for-you service.
Together, these two business units provide full coverage of the voice and SMS performance
marketing and lead generation market: self-service for buyers who want to run their own
campaigns, and managed services for buyers who want campaigns handled for them. We are a
lean, fully remote team working across Europe and North America.


The Role

We are hiring a Senior Account Executive based in the US or Canada to grow our voice and call
buyer business. This is a hunter role with two engines running in parallel: activating your existing
network AND pushing new leads through cold outreach. Your network gives you a warm start, but
generating a new pipeline is a key part of the job.
You will take inbound sales calls, work your existing relationships, and run cold outbound to
prospects. Across all three motions, you will diagnose what each buyer actually needs: the self
service software solution for buyers who want to run their own campaigns, or the managed service
for buyers who want campaigns run for them.
This is a consultative hunter role. You are not selling one product. You are matching each buyer to
the right side of our offering. The right person is fluent in voice and call buying, comfortable making
the call on which solution best fits a buyer, and motivated by uncapped commission tied directly to
revenue brought in.

Requirements

• Inbound qualification: take incoming sales conversations, diagnose needs, and route prospects to
the self-service solution or managed service.
• Outbound hunting: open new buyer accounts across target verticals (ACA, debt, pest control,
loans, Medicare, legal, auto, etc.).
• End-to-end deal cycle: discovery, demo, pricing, and close.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified voice and call buyers in the US market.
• Work closely with the leadership team.


What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in live transfer lead generation (pay per call), selling into voice and call
buyers, lead generation, or performance marketing.
• Hunter mentality: you open new accounts and do not wait for inbound.
• Consultative selling instinct: you analyze what the buyer actually needs before offering a solution.

• Active understanding of the US voice and call buyer market across insurance, debt, Medicare,
legal, auto, loans, pest control, and ACA.
• Comfortable with CPL, CPA, per connect, per duration, and exclusive vs. shared economics.

• Able to work fully independently, set priorities, and drive your own pipeline.
• Strong AI fluency and daily use of AI tools for prospecting, research, outreach, and deal
management.

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Sharp, professional, and trustworthy.
• Comfortable in a small, fast-moving team where you own your number end-to-end and can have a 
real impact.

• Existing book of voice and call buyer relationships.
• Experience selling both software platforms and managed or agency services.
• Network across two or more target verticals.


First 60 Days:

Base compensation: $5,000 to $7,000 USD/month
Commission: Uncapped with expected total compensation of $10k to $15k+ per month for strong
performers.
