Affiliate Account Manager (Adult - Dating) -J502

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Account Manager to manage and expand our affiliate network, strengthen publisher relationships, and drive campaign performance across our core verticals.

This is an individual contributor role to start, with clear opportunities for career progression as the business grows.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and grow relationships with affiliate partners and publishers
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates across relevant traffic sources
• Match affiliates with suitable offers and optimize campaign performance
• Monitor campaign metrics and provide actionable recommendations to improve ROI
• Ensure accurate implementation of tracking, postbacks, macros, and pixels
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical and operational issues
• Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain strong communication with partners to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive insights, and emerging opportunities

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in affiliate marketing, account management, or campaign management
• Experience in the dating vertical is strongly preferred
• Candidates with experience in related performance marketing verticals such as iGaming, Sweepstakes, Adult, Insurance, or similar sectors are encouraged to apply
• Strong understanding of tracking technologies, including postbacks, tracking macros, pixels, and attribution models
• Hands-on experience with affiliate tracking platforms such as Voluum, Scaleo, or similar tools
• Analytical mindset with a strong focus on performance and ROI
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in English is required
• Additional proficiency in Russian and/or Spanish is highly preferred
• Experience with BI tools, reporting dashboards, or custom analytics solutions
• Willingness to travel occasionally for industry conferences and events

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: USD $2,000 per month
• Performance incentive: 10% profit share after successful completion of the probationary period
