Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Affiliate Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding publisher relationships, onboarding new affiliates, optimizing campaign performance, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction for both publishers and advertisers.

This position is ideal for a performance-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, growth oriented environment and has a strong understanding of affiliate marketing and traffic monetization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with existing affiliate partners and publishers.
• Recruit, onboard, and activate new affiliates.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize results based on KPIs and ROI.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Analyze traffic quality, conversion rates, and performance metrics.
• Troubleshoot tracking and integration issues when needed.
• Negotiate commercial terms and maintain long-term partner relationships.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, account management, or campaign management.
• Proven experience in the Dating vertical (required).
• Strong understanding of affiliate tracking technologies, including postbacks, pixels, and tracking macros.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and optimize campaigns.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working with tracking platforms, funnels, and landing pages.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
• Professional-level English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with additional verticals such as iGaming, Sweepstakes, Insurance, or Lead Generation.
• Knowledge of BI tools, reporting systems, or custom dashboards.
• Additional language skills.
• Willingness to attend industry events and conferences when required.
