Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Affiliate Manager to lead and scale our affiliate acquisition channels across Southeast Asia (SEA) and Kenya (KES) markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing affiliate growth strategies, managing key partnerships, optimizing acquisition performance, and driving long-term revenue growth through high-quality traffic sources.

This role requires strong commercial acumen, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to analyze player value, retention, and profitability metrics.

Candidates must be fluent in English and either:

  • Mandarin Chinese + English, or
  • Russian + English

Experience within the iGaming industry and established affiliate networks in SEA, CIS, and African markets will be highly preferred.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Affiliate Channel Strategy

  • Develop and execute affiliate acquisition strategies across target markets.
  • Identify and onboard high-value affiliate partners to drive sustainable growth.
  • Expand and strengthen affiliate networks across SEA and Kenya markets.
  • Research emerging traffic sources and partnership opportunities.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor programs, and market developments.

2. Key Affiliate Relationship Management

  • Build, manage, and grow relationships with top-tier affiliate partners.
  • Negotiate and manage commercial agreements including:
    • CPA
    • Revenue Share
    • Hybrid models
  • Secure premium placements, exclusive campaigns, and strategic partnerships.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and performance discussions with affiliates.

3. Acquisition & Revenue Performance

  • Monitor affiliate performance metrics including:
    • Registrations
    • First-Time Depositors (FTD)
    • Deposit activity
    • Net Gaming Revenue (NGR)
    • Return on Investment (ROI)
  • Ensure acquisition costs remain within approved CPA targets.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective traffic optimization and partner management.

4. Player Value & Retention Analysis

Analyze player quality and value indicators, including:

  • Second Deposit Rate
  • Third Deposit Rate
  • Average First Deposit (AFD)
  • Player Lifetime Value (LTV)
  • Net Revenue Contribution

Monitor retention performance across:

  • 7-Day Retention
  • 30-Day Retention
  • Monthly Cohort Retention

Provide actionable recommendations to improve player quality and long-term profitability.

5. CPA & Campaign Optimization

  • Scale affiliates delivering high-value players and strong retention performance.
  • Identify and reduce low-quality or non-profitable traffic sources.
  • Optimize commission structures to balance acquisition volume and profitability.
  • Define and manage CPA caps and acquisition targets.
  • Continuously evaluate campaign performance and traffic allocation.

6. Team Leadership & Reporting

  • Mentor and support Junior Affiliate Managers.
  • Review affiliate performance reports and optimization plans.
  • Present business performance, market insights, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
  • Collaborate with CRM, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to maximize campaign effectiveness.

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in iGaming Affiliate Marketing.
  • Proven track record of scaling affiliate acquisition channels and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of:
    • CPA
    • Revenue Share
    • Hybrid commission models
  • Experience managing affiliate partnerships across SEA and/or Kenya (KES) markets.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship management, and commercial partnership skills.
  • Experience analyzing player behavior, retention, and lifetime value metrics.
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Language Requirements.

  • Fluent Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written)
  • Professional English proficiency

OR

  • Fluent Russian (spoken and written)
  • Professional English proficiency

Preferred

  • Established network of affiliates, media buyers, influencers, and traffic partners within SEA, CIS, or African markets.
  • Experience with affiliate platforms such as Affilka, NetRefer, Cellxpert, Income Access, or similar.
  • Experience using Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio, or other BI tools.
  • Previous experience leading or mentoring affiliate teams.
  • Strong understanding of online gaming, sportsbook, casino, or digital acquisition channels.
