Job Description

We are a fast-growing agency account provider operating at scale, working with media buyers,
advertisers, and performance marketers across white-hat verticals. We provide account infrastructure,
budget management, and operational support to teams running Meta, Google, and TikTok traffic globally.


We are looking for someone already embedded in the affiliate and performance marketing ecosystem.
This is not a traditional account management or sales role. We want someone who already knows the
players, understands how the ecosystem works, and can build long-term relationships while helping us
expand our network and client base.


You should already have relationships with media buyers, affiliates, agencies, performance teams, or
ecosystem operators and feel comfortable acting as a connector inside the industry.

What You'll Do


• Build and manage relationships with affiliates, media buyers, agencies, and performance marketing
teams
• Identify and bring in new clients, partners, and ecosystem opportunities through your existing network
• Support onboarding and relationship management for new clients
• Act as a regional point of contact and connector within affiliate and media buying communities
• Help expand the business into new geographies, communities, and traffic ecosystems
• Identify growth opportunities across affiliate, advertiser, and agency networks
• Maintain long-term partner relationships and drive account growth
• Collaborate closely with operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and account support
• Represent the company within industry groups, communities, Telegram chats, and events

Requirements

• Existing network within affiliate marketing, media buying, or performance marketing ecosystems
• Experience working with affiliates, media buyers, advertisers, agencies, or traffic teams
• Strong understanding of Meta, Google, and TikTok advertising ecosystems and how media buying
operations work
• Relationship-driven personality with strong communication skills
• Experience in affiliate marketing, account management, partnerships, business development, or
performance marketing
• Ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships
• Self-driven and comfortable working remotely
• Experience at affiliate networks, agencies, ad account providers, or performance teams
• Existing relationships with media buyers, affiliate managers, agency owners, or paid traffic teams
• Understanding of agency account models, wallet systems, billing, and allocations
• Active participation in affiliate communities, Telegram groups, Skype communities, or industry events
