Affiliate Manager | Adult Live App | Remote/Hybrid (Barcelona/Cyprus Based) J479

Location: Remote (Preference: Barcelona or Cyprus – occasional office visits)
Salary: €2,400 base + bonus

• We are looking for a driven, performance-oriented Affiliate Manager to join our growing team.
• You will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and scaling affiliates and media buyers
across performance campaigns promoting a live streaming/user engagement platform in the
adult space.
• This role requires strong negotiation skills, analytical thinking, and hands-on experience with
performance traffic sources, including native, push, and adult traffic channels.
• The ideal candidate is commercially minded, proactive, and comfortable working in a
fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates, media buyers, and direct publishers
• Identify and close CPA, RevShare, and CPM deals
• Build and maintain long-term, high-value partnerships
• Monitor and optimize affiliate performance to maximize ROI and revenue
• Analyze traffic quality and detect fraud patterns (incent traffic, bots, abnormal behavior, etc.)
• Manage affiliate platforms (offers, tracking, postbacks, caps, payouts)
• Coordinate with internal teams (media buying, product, tech) to align campaign strategy
• Communicate promotions, product updates, and optimization opportunities to partners
• Troubleshoot technical and commercial issues quickly and efficiently
• Deliver clear and actionable reporting to stakeholders
• Develop strategies to scale and improve the affiliate program
• Stay up to date with traffic trends and new acquisition opportunities

• 2+ years of experience in affiliate or performance marketing
• Strong knowledge of CPA, RevShare, and CPM models
• Hands-on experience with adult, native, push, or display traffic sources
• Experience with affiliate platforms (Everflow, HasOffers, TrackDesk, Voluum, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing campaigns end-to-end
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
• Strong technical understanding (tracking, postbacks, integrations)
• Fluent in English
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Existing network of affiliates or media buyers (especially in adult/dating traffic)
• Experience with platforms like ExoClick, TrafficJunky, PropellerAds, etc.
• Knowledge of fraud detection and traffic quality analysis
• Experience with live streaming, dating, or community-based platforms
• Experience working with international markets
