Someone with a background in paid ads, account management, customer success, or digital marketing - who knows how to grow a client, not just keep them. They understand what "my CPA's blown out" actually means, can close deals, build long-term relationships, and genuinely get excited when a client scales.

This is a hybrid AM / closer role. You’ll inherit a book of US East Coast clients running 6- and 7-figure monthly spend across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, Bing, NewsBreak, and Taboola. Your job is to keep them, grow them, and close the new ones we send your way.

Requirements

Retention. A book of mid-to-high-spend US East Coast clients. Stay proactive, catch problems early, and never let a client follow up first.

Growth. Cross-sell across our platform stack — the system flags the gaps, you run the conversation. Target: double-digit quarterly ad-spend growth on your book.

New business. Take warm leads through discovery, proposal, and close — on Zoom, Telegram, or the phone.

Onboarding. Every new client is kicked off and actively spending within 14 days.
