Role Overview

We are hiring Country Managers to build and manage platform presence in their local market and language.

This is a hands-on growth role focused on:

• Running local social media accounts
• Translating and localizing content
• Growing brand awareness through partnerships and community engagement

Key Responsibilities

 Social Media Management

• Manage  social media accounts in your country (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, etc.)
• Post daily content in your local language
• Ensure tone, humor, and messaging are culturally relevant

 Content Localization

• Translate and adapt global content into your local language
• Ensure content feels native (not just direct translation)
• Provide feedback on what content works best in your market

Growth & Partnerships

• Identify and collaborate with local influencers and online personalities
• Attend or represent GeniesX at local events or communities
• Build partnerships to grow the user base on both sides of the platform

Market Insights

• Share insights on trends, competitors, and user behavior
• Suggest region-specific campaigns and ideas
• Help improve local product-market fit

Requirements

• Native or fluent in local language
• Based in (or deeply familiar with) the target country
• Active on Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, and local platforms
• Strong understanding of local internet culture and trends
• Comfortable creating or adapting content
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset

Nice to Have

• Experience managing social media or online communities
• Connections with influencers or digital communities
• Experience with content platforms or marketplaces
• Event or partnership experience
