Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Country Manager / Master Affiliate to lead growth and influencer partnerships.
This role is ideal for someone with strong connections in the creator ecosystem who can scale affiliate networks, drive revenue, and build high-performing partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Market Expansion
- Develop and execute growth strategies tailored to assigned markets
- Identify high-potential niches, creators, and traffic sources
- Stay ahead of regional trends and platform dynamics
Influencer & Affiliate Network
- Recruit and manage influencers, creators, and affiliates (from any geography)
- Build scalable affiliate structures (including sub-affiliates)
- Maintain relationships with top performers
Revenue & Performance
- Drive traffic, conversions, and revenue
- Optimize campaigns across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, Reddit, etc.)
- Track CPA, LTV, ROI
Compliance
- Ensure activities comply with local regulations and platform policies
- Guide affiliates on compliant promotion practices
Reporting
- Analyze performance data
- Provide insights and scaling strategies
