Overview

We are seeking a Product Development Specialist with proven experience in the adult industry, specifically with adult SaaS platforms, creator platforms, or marketplace-style ecosystems.

Experience in this sector is essential. Adult platforms operate within a unique environment involving compliance, age verification, content moderation, payment restrictions, privacy considerations, and platform trust. Successful product decisions require a deep understanding of these operational realities.

The ideal candidate has experience building or evolving platforms that support creators, subscribers, and content-driven monetisation models.

This is not a developer role and does not involve managing developers. Instead, it is a product-focused position working closely with the Head of Development to ensure alignment between product vision and engineering execution.

You will analyze the current platform, identify product gaps, and help structure development cycles so the engineering team has clear, actionable product direction.

Key Responsibilities

Product Analysis & Platform Understanding

• Review the existing platform architecture, feature set, and user flows.

• Identify gaps between the current platform and long-term product objectives.

• Assess how the platform should evolve within the adult creator economy and its technical constraints.

MVP & Product Roadmap Development

• Define the core MVP and PMVP stages required to reach key product milestones.

• Translate product vision, internal ideas, and feature concepts into structured product requirements.

• Break long-term product ambitions into realistic, phased development stages.

Product Alignment With Development

• Work closely with the Head of Development to ensure product priorities align with engineering cycles.

• Help structure development cycles so feature implementation is clear and actionable for developers.

• Ensure product requirements are well-defined before entering development sprints.

UI/UX & Platform Optimisation

• Provide guidance on improving user journeys for both creators and platform users.

• Identify opportunities to improve onboarding, engagement, and monetisation flows.

• Contribute product insights that enhance usability, retention, and conversion.

• Direct experience working on adult industry platforms (SaaS, creator platforms, or marketplaces) — required.

• Located in the EU or within ±1–2 hours of CET timezone.

• Strong understanding of the adult platform ecosystem and creator monetisation models.

• Experience working on product development for web platforms or SaaS products.

• Familiarity with agile development cycles and feature planning.

• Experience defining MVPs and phased product roadmaps.

• Strong understanding of UI/UX and conversion optimisation principles.

• Ability to translate product ideas into clear feature requirements for engineering teams.

• High-level English proficiency with strong communication skills.
