Excellent level of English
» 2 years+ experience in affiliate marketing and/or similar role in a digital marketing environment
» Strong knowledge of media buying models (CPM, CPC, CPA, CPL, RS etc.)
» Strong technical understanding

The salary range is €40,000–€42,000 gross per year, with an additional performance-based bonus of up to €6,000 annually.
The position requires the candidate to be based in Barcelona, with full office attendance during the first 6 months of the probation period. After that, a hybrid working model is available (3 days in the office, 2 days remote).
Russian language proficiency is required, as the majority of the company’s affiliates are Russian-speaking.
The role is offered under a standard employment contract, rather than a B2B or freelance agreement, as this is generally more beneficial for the candidate. However, in exceptional cases, where employment in Spain is not possible and the candidate is a strong fit, alternative contract types may be considered.
