Operations Manager / Operations Specialist / EU or USA only (J430)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Operations Person to manage day-to-day platform activities, support clients and creators, and ensure smooth operational performance. The ideal candidate has prior experience in the adult industry and understands the US market, audience behavior, and platform dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations on the platform
• Coordinate and communicate with clients and content creators
• Provide ongoing support and issue resolution
• Monitor account performance and platform activity
• Assist creators with onboarding, setup, and growth strategies
• Ensure compliance with platform policies and industry regulations
• Handle escalations, disputes, and sensitive cases professionally
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and support teams
• Optimize workflows and operational processes

Requirements

• Proven experience in Operations, Account Management, or VIP Support
• Previous experience in the adult industry is required
• Strong understanding of the US market and customer behavior
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal English)
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
• High level of discretion and professionalism
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, digital environment

Nice to Have

• Experience working with creator platforms (e.g., subscription/content platforms)
• CRM or support tool experience
• Data tracking & reporting skills
• Multilingual abilities
