About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Operations Person to manage day-to-day platform activities, ensures client and creator experience, and takes care on smooth operational performance. The ideal candidate has prior experience in the adult industry and understands the US market, audience behavior, and platform dynamics. This is not a role for Affiliate- or Creator Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations on the platform
- Provide ongoing support and issue resolution with creators and clients
- Monitor account performance and platform activity
- Ensure compliance with platform policies and industry regulations
- Handle escalations, disputes, and sensitive cases professionally
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and support teams
- Optimize workflows and operational processes

- Previous experience in the adult industry is required

- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal English)

- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, digital environment
