Compliance Supervisor

Job Description

We are building a high-load partner advertising platform with large-scale RPS and a modern, user-friendly interface. The system is growing exponentially, and we continuously adopt new technologies to accelerate both product and business growth.

As a Compliance Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring full regulatory compliance across constantly evolving operations and driving a strong compliance culture across diverse, cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all traffic management operations comply with local, regional, and national regulations.
  • Implement regular internal audits of procedures, documentation, and field activities.
  • Review and improve compliance processes for efficiency and clarity.
  • Establish performance standards and monitor adherence.
  • Monitor updates to traffic laws, industry standards, and safety requirements.
  • Develop and maintain compliance policies and ensure department-wide adherence.
  • Coordinate with legal teams during audits or regulatory reviews.
  • Oversee the preparation, accuracy, and timely submission of compliance documentation.
  • Maintain detailed records of inspections, corrective actions, training, and operational compliance.
  • Create monthly and quarterly compliance reports for management.
  • Track compliance KPIs and identify patterns or areas of risk.
  • Lead investigations into compliance violations, near misses, or incidents.
  • Develop corrective and preventive action plans.
  • Assess operational risks and recommend safety improvements.
  • Develop and deliver compliance training for traffic management personnel.
  • Lead the compliance team, assign responsibilities, and manage performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in compliance, auditing, risk management, or regulatory oversight.
  • Experience in adult traffic compliance is a must (advertising networks or affiliate programs).
  • Professional certifications in compliance, auditing, safety, or quality management.
  • Experience working in traffic management, transportation, logistics, infrastructure, or a similar regulatory-heavy environment.
  • Proven track record of conducting audits, implementing compliance controls, and managing corrective actions.
  • Experience supervising a team or coordinating cross-departmental projects is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and safety requirements relevant to traffic management.
  • Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and compliance monitoring tools
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Ability to interpret regulations, policies, and technical documentation.
  • Proficiency in reporting, data analysis, and using compliance or project-tracking software.
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with teams, management, and external regulators.
  • Leadership skills, including ability to train staff and oversee compliance processes.
  • Ability to handle investigations, root-cause analysis, and corrective action planning.
  • High level of integrity, ethics, and professionalism.
  • Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple ongoing tasks.
