Our client are looking for a proactive and results-driven Affiliate Manager to join a private affiliate network focused on direct-response and Nutra offers for the U.S. market. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong partnerships, working closely with media buyers, and scaling performance through high-quality affiliate relationships across the CIS region.
2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or media buying
• Fluent Russian and English (spoken and written)
• Proven experience working with Nutra, COD, or VSL offers (preferred)
• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-management skills
• Proactive, self-motivated, and performance-oriented mindset
Key Responsibilities
• Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates and media buying teams from Russia/CIS
• Build, maintain, and scale long-term relationships with high-performing partners
• Act as the main point of contact between affiliates and internal teams
• Support affiliates with offer selection, optimization, and scaling
• Monitor performance and identify growth opportunities
