We are looking for a proactive, hands-on Affiliate Growth Manager who combines strong affiliate acquisition and onboarding expertise with a growth mindset and ownership over funnels and landing pages used in performance campaigns.
This is not a media buying role. It focuses on partner acquisition, clean launches, growth enablement, and performance ownership.
The Affiliate Growth Manager owns the end-to-end growth and performance of affiliate traffic, while acting as the internal owner of landing page and funnel experiments.
Core Responsibility Areas
1. Affiliate Acquisition & Onboarding
• Recruit and vet affiliates in priority GEOs
• Manage onboarding: setup, tracking, routing, caps, launch
• Ensure compliant, scalable launches
2. Growth & Performance
• Monitor volume, ROI, margins, profitability
• Scale top partners
• Drive growth initiatives (incentives, GEO expansion)
3. Quality, Compliance & Risk
• Track complaints, opt-outs, fraud
• Take corrective actions (pauses, reroutes, commercial changes)
• Resolve issues and enforce compliance
4. Landing Pages & Funnels
• Research high-performing funnels
• Propose tests and optimizations
• Brief product/design/dev teams
• Analyze results and iterate
5. Reporting & Communication
• Share insights and recommendations
• Maintain documentation
• Manage partner communication
