Job Description
Our client are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to join their growing iGaming casino network. This is a hands-on role for someone who has already managed active affiliate portfolios and understands performance-driven CPA environments from the brand or network side.
Job Level
Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of experience in iGaming affiliate management
• Background working with a brand or CPA network (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of affiliate traffic sources
• Experience with CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models
• Fluent English
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and grow a portfolio of casino affiliates
• Optimize performance, traffic quality, and conversions
• Negotiate and manage CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid deals
• Track and optimize KPIs (FTDs, CR, EPC, ROI)
• Maintain daily communication with affiliates (Telegram, email)
