Overseas Game Advertising Creative Designer

Job Description

  •  Design high-converting visual creatives (images, short videos, animations) tailored for mainstream overseas social platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, X, etc.
  • Lead the creative direction—style, composition, pacing, motion rhythm, and storytelling—to maximize engagement and retention.
  • Analyze user psychology and creative data, transforming insights into rapid creative iterations that improve CTR, CVR, and ROI.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing/media optimization teams to identify winning angles, hooks, and creative directions.
  • Efficiently use AI-generation tools to mass-produce variations and new creative concepts.

Requirements

 (Flexible for exceptional candidates)
  • 2+ years experience in game advertising creatives for overseas markets (casual/hyper-casual preferred).
  • Expert in PS, AE, PR, and AI tools (Midjourney, Leonardo.AI, Runway, Kling, Pika, Luma, etc.).
  • Strong visual storytelling and aesthetic sense, especially tailored for short-form social content.
  • Good communication skills; able to work closely with growth/optimization teams.
  • Fluent English and a passion for games are strong pluses.
  • Ability to use AI tools for fast, high-quality creative iteration at scale.
  • Portfolio with high-performing social media ads is required.
