We're looking for a smart, reliable, and friendly Junior Affiliate Manager to join our growing iGaming affiliate network β€” AllInAffiliates.com. This is a remote - full time position for someone based in Europe, ideal for someone who’s organized, a quick learner, and great at following through.

You’ll be the first point of contact for new affiliates joining the network, helping them get started and stay engaged. This role is focused on onboarding, supporting, and building relationships with new affiliates to keep them active and engaged.

Many of our junior hires have grown into senior affiliate managers or business development roles, managing key accounts and earning significantly more.

🧩 What You'll Be Doing

● Onboard new affiliates and guide them through our tracking platform, reporting tools, and payment processes

● Respond quickly and clearly to affiliate questions about offers, tracking, and payments

● Monitor affiliate activity to ensure compliance and maintain performance standards

● Build positive relationships by keeping affiliates engaged and informed

● Identify what affiliates need to scale β€” whether that’s better offers, new geos, or tracking support β€” and help connect them with the right resources

● Proactively suggest ways affiliates can optimize their traffic to generate more revenue for both sides

● Maintain accurate account records in our CRM

● Collaborate with senior team members when affiliates show strong potential for growth

Requirements

● Strong English skills (spoken and written) β€” you should be comfortable chatting with colleagues on Zoom, holding casual conversations with affiliates at conferences, and writing clear messages.

● Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage many affiliate accounts at once.

● Professional, dependable, and committed to following through.

● Analytical β€” able to look at reports and spot opportunities for affiliates to scale.

● Ambitious and proactive, with a drive to help affiliates generate more sales and revenue.

● Quick to learn new concepts and tools, with a problem-solving mindset.

● Able to work full-time (8 hrs/day), with work hours overlapping Toronto, Canada (EST) until at least 1:00 PM.

● $1,300 – $2,000 USD/month fixed salary (based on experience), plus 3% net revenue commission. By the end of the first year, commissions should reach $1,000+/month.

● Room to grow into business development or affiliate management for higher pay
