ABOUT THE ROLE

Monarch Media is a U.S. performance-based lead generation network specializing in high-intent web form leads across key consumer verticals. We connect premium affiliates with top advertisers through compliant flows, real-time optimization, and scalable results. We are first and foremost a media-buying team, but have gained momentum in channeling our services as "private biz dev" for clients here in the United States

Monarch Media is looking for a sharp, proactive, relationship-driven Affiliate Manager to grow and manage our network of affiliates across U.S. lead generation verticals.

You will recruit, activate, manage, motivate, and scale affiliates running traffic on Facebook, Google, Native, SMS, email, TikTok, influencer content, and more. Your job is to build strong partnerships, maximize revenue, ensure compliance, and help affiliates win using Monarch offers.

This role requires someone who understands performance marketing, payout structures, LP flows, pixels, compliance, and how to guide affiliates to scale profitably.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Affiliate Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Recruit new high-quality affiliates to the network

  • Screen incoming affiliate applications

  • Onboard affiliates into Everflow

  • Provide tracking links, pixel instructions, postback setup

  • Set affiliates up for success with offer insights, creatives, and best practices

Relationship Management

  • Build long-term relationships with affiliates through messaging, calls, Slack, Telegram

  • Be the go-to contact for all affiliate needs

  • Respond quickly to questions and issues

  • Proactively check in with partners to keep volume flowing

  • Understand each affiliate’s vertical, traffic sources, pain points, and potential

Optimization & Strategy

  • Identify top-performing affiliates and scale their traffic

  • Review EPC, CPA, CR, profit margins regularly

  • Suggest creative changes, landing pages, funnels, and optimizations

  • Help affiliates troubleshoot tracking, pixels, postbacks

  • Monitor offer caps, pacing, and budget in Everflow

Performance Tracking & Analytics

  • Pull daily reports on affiliate performance

  • Monitor anomalies, fraud signals, and sudden drops

  • Communicate clear performance insights to the team

  • Collaborate with the advertiser team to align traffic quality with buyer needs

Compliance

  • Monitor traffic sources for compliance

  • Ensure affiliates follow offer requirements, vertical rules, regulatory guidelines

  • Quickly address violations with tact and professionalism

Revenue & Growth

  • Hit monthly revenue goals

  • Scale winning affiliates across multiple offers

  • Re-engage inactive affiliates

  • Promote new offers and opportunities daily

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • 1–3+ years as an Affiliate Manager in performance marketing (preferred in lead gen)

  • Strong understanding of traffic sources: FB, Google, Native, Search, Email, SMS

  • Comfortable discussing EPC, ROI, bid strategies, and optimization

  • Experience with tracking platforms (Everflow, Tune, HasOffers, Impact, Cake)

  • Strong technical understanding of pixels, postbacks, S2S tracking

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Fast problem-solver with a proactive attitude

  • Highly organized and capable of managing dozens of partner relationships
