We are a recruitment agency specializing in iGaming and performance marketing roles. We are hiring a Middle+ Affiliate Manager / Affiliate Team Lead on behalf of our client — an international iGaming company operating in Tier-1 and Tier-2 markets. The client is focused on scalable growth, long-term affiliate partnerships, and building a strong, performance-driven affiliate function. Responsibilities  • Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate partners  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with affiliates  • Optimize affiliate performance and traffic quality  • Negotiate commercial terms (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid)  • Monitor KPIs and ensure affiliates meet performance targets  • Analyze traffic sources and prevent fraud  • Support and mentor junior affiliate managers (for Team Lead level)  • Participate in building and optimizing affiliate processes  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, payments)  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences
