Responsibilities Manage a team building media campaigns across Programmatic and Paid Search, including setting goals / guardrails, forecasting, strategy and campaign development, execution, optimization and measurement Serve as a thought partner to the Brand teams to develop their performance marketing campaign strategies, and with performance marketing team to prioritize high quality execution Translate between optimizations and business objectives to communicate across teams and to leadership Synthesize detailed data into actionable insights and recommendations towards the overall business Ability to train junior level employees regarding paid search capability, programmatic marketing capability, and executional tactics Provides thought leadership to organization on ever-changing media buying landscape Lead analytics-driven marketing planning, brand strategy, budgeting decisions while enabling a rapid test>learn>scale approach Maintains healthy relationships with technology, analytics and media partners
