Doodle is looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to build and lead our digital acquisition and remarketing programs for the world's leading online calendar solution. You will oversee campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social (Facebook and LinkedIn), Display and Affiliate. This is a hands-on role, where you have shown an ability to oversee campaign execution as well as lead the internal and external resources for support. We are seeking someone who has experience growing a performance marketing program from its earliest stages to a mature, profitable program across a range of channels. The right person will have a mix of strategic thinking and data-driven execution while being a great teammate. With us, you will Handle the day-to-day performance of performance marketing programs, including building relationships with internal teams and external agency and freelance partners Create testing and execution strategy for each channel, including launch strategies for channels that have not previously been utilised , to drive trial and subscriptions Build out paid media lead gen program for enterprise accounts Implement a test & learn approach to use data-driven insights to make media investment decisions Be the internal expert within Doodle on best practices in digital marketing Handle creating and distribution of marketing calendar, working closely with the Content team and PR agency Build and maintain dashboards to understand ongoing performance to be shared across the organisation
