About the Job To drive worldwide growth for all of our e-commerce brands in the fitness, beauty, and health & wellness categories. Reporting to the Head of Acquisitions, the Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager’s primary responsibility will be to develop, grow and continually improve the performance of our affiliate marketing program. This person will bring a mix of innovative ideas, measurement strategy, and tactical execution to support our key marketing initiatives. They will be responsible for identifying strategic affiliate relationships, negotiating deal terms, providing account management, and maximizing the return on investment. This role is a unique opportunity to play a meaningful role in shaping the future of all Supernova brands global growth.   Responsibilities: Create and implement the affiliate marketing strategy for all brands Recruit and develop affiliate relationships with a focus on hitting revenue goals. Manage offers, affiliates, and advertisers. Analyze weekly/monthly performance data and provide offer recommendations and optimization feedback to affiliates. Serve as primary point of contact for all affiliates Work with brands and other departments to understand the bigger picture
