You will galvanise a team and inspire the broader organisation towards your vision THE ICONIC is looking for a Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our Customer Marketing team. Reporting to the Head of Paid Performance Marketing, this person will work closely with other members of the marketing team and collaborate with other internal teams to help achieve business goals. We’re looking for someone who is relationship focused, strategic and really passionate about digital marketing. This role requires an in-depth understanding of affiliate marketing management. About the Position: Define the strategic direction of the affiliate marketing channel at THE ICONIC Managing / coaching a direct report Execute daily tasks and projects required to achieve strategic objectives and goals for the channel Overall management & responsibility of the Affiliate channel including relationship management, campaign performance and exploring new  opportunities with internal teams and stakeholders. Ongoing collaboration with internal planning teams working on Affiliate promotions & offers for publishers. Analyse campaign performance and use data to shape strategy Achieve revenue goals and hit KPIs for the channel as well as contribute strongly to business growth Negotiating terms and conditions of contracts as well as commission packages for new and existing partners Keep working towards improving efficiency for the channel Report on key metrics and provide important data driven insights for the business Work closely with other teams like category management and partnerships to provide insights and information that will empower them to make better decisions for the business Feed into our influencer marketing strategy Ensure timely and accurate invoicing
