In this exciting role at Kobi Digital, one of the fastest growing tech start-ups in the Netherlands and Europe, you will take the lead to increase conversion rates on all our worldwide landing pages. Everything you work on has the potential to impact the entire business in the short and long term. This role is perfect for that rare person who is creative, analytical, data-driven, and technically-savvy. As a member of the performance marketing team, you will report to the Managing Director and the Head of Performance Marketing, while working closely together with the development and data science team. You are confident becoming the expert on conversion and user behaviour within our team and putting your findings into action. Your main driver will be to implement new digital initiatives to improve the conversion rate of our landing pages through testing, execution, analytics, iteration, data integration and project management. Does this sound like you? You know exactly how people behave online and how to guide that behaviour so that it leads to a conversion. And if you don’t know yet, you know how to find out. You know not to rely on opinions, feelings or experience, but rely on a data driven scientific approach. You do know when building something from the ground-up what is most likely to work as a first draft. You know that the CTA is your most powerful tool, you know copywriting that works. You read and keep up to date with CRO practices but know not to take them as a manual, you learn something from every test you run, you love data, you understand the influence of psychology on CRO (you might have read some of Kaknemans principles), you are familiar with the seven principles of Cialdini and know how to let them guide your work. You aren’t afraid to break the rules, break ‘holy tenants’ and try radically new things, you know that you will never know everything and you continuously need to learn. You have a profound understanding of the relationship between user experience and conversion, and you are deeply analytical about it. You are continuously analysing, monitoring and optimising the performance of our landing pages and funnels. You love to always be improving, testing and innovating. To achieve this, you know how to formulate hypotheses, have good knowledge of A/B/multivariate testing tools to test them, understand how to correctly interpret and use the data you get from those and can then put them into action and improve the conversion rates. You know how to optimise not just based on creatives/design but also on a technical level to minimise load times and maximise performance. You have no problem communicating your findings to other departments, as you work together with our performance marketing team, development team and data scientist to achieve the best business results.
