LOLA is looking for a Growth Marketing Director to join the Marketing team and manage all ad buying on Google, Facebook, and other advertising platforms. You’ll be joining a highly dynamic and fast-growing team to scale our budget and grow our subscription customer base. We’re looking for a creative and analytical performance marketer who is eager to find new ways to introduce our various organic feminine products to the market. What you'll do: Plan, execute and optimize paid campaigns on various paid channels, including SEM, Paid Social, Display, etc. Analyze and report on marketing KPIs (ROI, CPA, CVR, etc) and track performance to goals on a daily, weekly & monthly basis, with ad hoc reporting on a as needed basis Evaluate data from digital advertising & analytics platforms such as, but not limited to Google AdWords, Facebook, Looker, Google Analytics, and translate data into actionable learnings & optimizations Regularly develop new creative and copy to keep digital assets fresh and relevant, by proactively meeting and brainstorming with internal and third-party design teams Partner with the Web Product/Development Team to implement code changes, tracking etc . Partner with other teams (e.g., finance, consumer insights + product, brand, social, design) to understand and achieve cross-departmental goals Constantly generate ideas and hypotheses to initiate and carry out experiments and iterative tests Facilitate A/B or multivariate testings to improve conversion rates/ROI Work with finance/payables to ensure budget(s) are aligned and invoices properly accrued Consistently explore new opportunities for innovation and testing via emerging tech, new vendors, platforms, and proactively deliver recommendations to management and the broader team.
