Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Account Manager to join a fast-growing Nutra business.

About the Company:

We are a fully integrated performance marketing business operating in the Nutra space for several years.

Unlike a typical affiliate network, we combine multiple parts of the business under one roof. We work directly with affiliates and traffic sources, while also owning and operating our own offers, CRM infrastructure, product manufacturing, and call center operations.

Our team manages the entire customer journey -  from product development and acquisition to conversion and retention. We also have an in-house media buying team that continuously develops and tests creatives, providing valuable support and resources to our affiliate partners.

This structure allows us to move fast, optimize performance across the funnel, and offer affiliates exclusive opportunities, competitive payouts, and direct access to decision-makers.

Requirements

• Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate partners

• Build and maintain strong publisher relationships

• Identify new traffic opportunities and scale volumes

• Negotiate payouts and commercial terms

• Monitor campaign performance and optimize results

• Work closely with media buying and operations teams

Requirements:

• Experience in affiliate marketing,

Existing affiliate network is a strong advantage

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Understanding of CPA marketing and performance metrics

• Fluent English
