Email Marketing Specialist (Adult Paysites) - J432

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to join our affiliate program focused on adult paysites. This role requires both strong marketing expertise and solid technical understanding of email infrastructure. You are not expected to be a programmer, but you must be confident setting up and managing email systems independently and working with internal technical resources when needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, and execute email marketing campaigns for adult paysite promotions
• Set up and manage email flows, broadcasts, and automations
• Segment audiences based on behavior, performance, and lifecycle stages
• Optimize email performance including open rates, CTR, conversions, and deliverability
• Create or coordinate email copy and messaging
• Work with design and technical teams on templates, tracking, and integrations
• Manage ESPs, domains, IPs, and deliverability best practices
• Monitor spam issues, reputation, and inbox placement
• Analyze results and continuously test subject lines, creatives, timing, and offers
• Ensure compliance with industry standards relevant to adult traffic

Requirements

• Proven experience in email marketing within the adult industry (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing and paysite monetization
• Hands-on experience with email marketing tools and ESPs
• Solid technical understanding of tracking and deliverability
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of email operations
• Comfortable coordinating with internal technical resources
• Data-driven mindset with optimization experience
• Good English communication skills
