Role overview
You’ll own the telephony infrastructure powering high-volume outbound and inbound phone sales operations across multiple markets.
What you’ll do
● Integrate and manage VoIP providers (Twilio, SIP, Aircall, Vonage, etc.)
● Build and optimize auto-dialers and intelligent call routing
● Manage call recording, latency, uptime, and failover systems
● Optimize call costs and international number provisioning
● Monitor system performance and resolve issues in real time
● Work closely with Engineering and AI teams

● Strong experience with VoIP systems and telephony infrastructure
● Understanding of real-time systems and call flows
● Experience with scalability, monitoring, and reliability
● Hands-on, problem-solving mindset
