Role overview
You’ll be responsible for building the intelligence layer of the platform, turning phone conversations into actionable data that improves revenue, scripts, and operator performance.

What you’ll do
● Implement speech-to-text pipelines for all phone calls
● Analyze conversations for tone, keywords, objections, timing, and closing moments
● Build automatic call scoring and benchmarking systems
● Identify patterns between successful and failed calls
● Create feedback loops to optimize scripts and operator behavior
● Work closely with Product and Engineering to ship AI-driven features

What we’re looking for
● Experience with NLP, speech-to-text, or conversational AI
● Strong Python and data processing skills
● Experience working with large volumes of unstructured data
● Business-oriented mindset (not research-only)
