Role overview
We are looking for a senior technical leader to own the entire engineering side of a fast-growing revenue-focused platform. This role is hands-on and strategic, combining architecture decisions with day-to-day execution.

What you’ll do
● Own the full technical architecture and long-term scalability of the platform
● Design and build an event-driven backend triggered by abandoned carts and failed checkouts
● Integrate with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento)
● Develop and maintain internal dashboards for operators, analytics, and clients
● Work closely with Product and AI teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions
● Manage cloud infrastructure, deployments, performance, security, and GDPR compliance
● Set engineering best practices, code standards, and technical direction

What we’re looking for
● 7+ years of backend or full-stack engineering experience
● Strong system architecture and scalability background
● Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure)
● Comfortable owning systems end-to-end and making critical decisions
● Startup mindset: pragmatic, fast, accountable
