Our client is an established affiliate marketing network currently performing strong in Tier 2 countries with 30+ new affiliates registering daily. We're present at all major industry conferences and now ready to dominate US and European markets.
We need a CEO or COO who can manage scale, build teams, and execute fast.
The Role:
We're open to hiring either:
CEO - You run the entire business. Founder transitions to Chairman/investor role.
COO - You run day-to-day operations and scale. Report to founder/CEO.
We're flexible on titles based on the right candidate. If you're the person who can 10X this business, we'll structure the deal accordingly.
The Situation:

* 30+ new affiliates registering DAILY
* Active media buyers running traffic consistently
* Multiple active vendor relationships in Tier 2 markets

What we need you to do:
* Scale into US and Europe markets (currently underperforming)
* Manage the flood of new affiliates (30/day = 900/month)
* Activate and support our media buyers who need better offers and guidance
* Build systematic vendor acquisition in US/EU
* Create affiliate manager team to handle volume
Your Job (Real Talk):
You're coming in as CEO or COO to scale this to 8 figures across multiple markets.
Priority 1: Manage High-Volume Affiliate Operations
* We have 30+ affiliates registering daily - they need onboarding, offers, support
* Manage our active media buyers - get them better offers, optimize their campaigns
* Create systematic onboarding process (can't do this manually anymore)
* Build AM team to support affiliate base (you can't manage 900 affiliates/month alone)
* Implement automated workflows for affiliate activation and communication
* Track affiliate performance and cut dead weight fast
Priority 2: US + Europe Market Expansion
* Build and execute go-to-market strategy for US AND Europe
* Recruit high-quality affiliates in both regions (media buyers, influencers, email marketers)
* Onboard US and European vendors with strong offers (nutra, finance, e-commerce, lead gen)
* Set up payment rails and compliance for both markets
* Target: $500k/month combined US + EU revenue within 6 months
Priority 3: Vendor Acquisition & Management
* Create systematic vendor outreach for US and European markets
* Negotiate deals with top brands in both regions
* Build vendor relationships - they need to trust us and keep sending offers
* Quality control: only onboard vendors with offers that actually convert
* Target: 50+ active vendors by end of year (balanced between US, EU, Tier 2)
Priority 4: Build & Lead Affiliate Manager Team
* Hire and train 3-5 affiliate managers in first 6 months
* Each AM manages 200-300 affiliates (top performers get priority)
* Create AM processes: onboarding, support, optimization, fraud prevention
* Set KPIs for AMs: affiliate activity, offer performance, revenue per AM
* Build playbooks so AMs can operate independently
Priority 5: Operations & Systems
* Implement proper CRM/tracking platform (we're drowning in volume)
* Build automated reporting dashboards (revenue, top affiliates, offer performance)
* Create SOPs for everything: onboarding, payments, compliance, support
* Automate what can be automated - we can't scale with manual processes
* Make the business run without founder involvement
Priority 6: Strategic Growth (CEO track)
* If you're CEO: raise capital if needed for US/EU expansion
* Build strategic partnerships with major brands and agencies
* Represent company at conferences (Affiliate World, etc.)
* Set long-term vision and expansion strategy
What You Need to Have:
Non-negotiables:
* 5+ years in affiliate marketing (network side, not just running traffic)
* Managed high-volume affiliate operations (500+ affiliates minimum)
* Experience scaling into US and/or European markets
* Built or scaled an affiliate network/team before (prove it with numbers)
* Hired and managed teams of 5+ people
* Experience with tracking platforms (HasOffers, Everflow, Cake, etc.)
* Can close deals with vendors and top affiliates in multiple regions
Nice to have:
* Worked in Tier 2/3 markets before
* Connections with US and European media buyers, affiliate managers, and brands
* Experience in nutra, e-commerce, or lead gen verticals
* Technical enough to work with developers on platform automation
* Previous CEO/COO experience in affiliate or performance marketing
* Multi-language (English required, other European languages a plus)
Personality:
* You execute fast - no analysis paralysis
* You can handle chaos and high volume (30 new affiliates/day is a lot)
* You can hire, fire, and manage performance
* You're not scared to cold call vendors or affiliates
* You think like an owner, not an employee
* You can work independently and make decisions under pressure
