Our client is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Team Lead to manage, mentor, and scale a team of high-performing media buyers within the Nutra, (SS), and VSL verticals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in performance marketing, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive profitable growth through data-driven strategy, innovation, and team development.

Proven leadership experience in affiliate or performance marketing.

Demonstrable success with verifiable numbers (budgets, ROAS, profits).

Strong analytical and communication skills.

Understanding of tracking, split-testing, and conversion optimization tools.
Responsibilities:

Manage and mentor teams of media buyers (3–10 people).

Develop and implement traffic strategies for Nutra/SS/VSL verticals.

Optimize campaigns across multiple traffic sources (Meta, Google, Native, etc.).

Analyze performance metrics, budgets, and ROI to ensure profitability.

Report on team performance, budgets, and profit/loss.
