We are seeking a proactive and dynamic junior Account Manager with a strong focus on affiliate recruitment and publisher discovery and activation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust commercial partnership relationships with affiliates and networks, influencers and media buyers - delivering regular reports, and ensuring effective communication to drive sales targets forward for our agency clients. This role requires a well rounded and organised affiliate account manager who is a motivated self-starter who can work independently (and remotely) delivering to task and deadlines within a collaborative remote based team. The candidate should be able to analyze affiliate data and competitor activity, collaborate with clients to deliver timely tasks and be sales focussed to bring in new partnerships and deals as well as provide customized services to exceed client expectations.
Affiliate Recruitment and Discovery:
Identify and recruit new affiliate partners to expand the client’s affiliate program.
Conduct thorough research to discover high-potential affiliates and emerging markets.
Develop strategies for affiliate engagement and incentivisation.
Affiliate Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing affiliates and traffic suppliers and networks within our client programs
Provide regular updates and feedback to affiliates to keep them informed and engaged.
Address affiliate inquiries and issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, serving as a key point of contact.
Communicate with clients regularly through email, telephone, and in-person meetings.
Ensure clients are informed about their campaign performance and any strategic changes.
Market and Competitor Analysis:
Analyse and understand how competitor activity is impacting our clients and the market and identify opportunities and threats.
Conduct trend research to stay updated on industry developments and market shifts.
Utilise insights to enhance client strategies and market positioning.
Develop integrated marketing campaigns to achieve client goals.
Ensure a cohesive approach to maximise affiliate sales and meet client’s objectives monthly.
Performance and Retention:
Provide custom-tailored services to meet and exceed client targets and KPI objectives.
Develop and implement strategies to maintain high client retention rates.
Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to ensure continuous improvement.
Proven experience in affiliate marketing and account management (1-2 years in similar role) either agency, network or advertiser side.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects.
Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms for analysis and reporting.
Strong understanding of the affiliate marketing landscape and trends.
Additional Languages: Excellent Native French and understanding of French Online Marketplaces is a requirement for this position
Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and eager to learn (We train all our staff 1-1).
Familiarity with CRM software and working within affiliate network and stand alone tracking platforms - preferable
