Junior Sales Executive – Native Advertising (German Market)

Job Description

We’re looking for an ambitious and curious Junior Sales Executive to join Xevio, a fast-growing digital agency specializing in native advertising and content-driven performance campaigns. You’ll play a key role in expanding our client base primarily across the DACH region, with a strong focus on Germany — though your work may also extend to other markets. You’ll work closely with the senior sales team based in London & Cologne (you can work remotely, but need to be in EU) to identify opportunities, build relationships, and deliver impactful native advertising campaigns for our brand and agency partners.

Xevio is a boutique digital performance agency with over $100M in managed spend on native advertising, for global brands and agencies.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in digital media, paid media, or native advertising (agency preferred).
  • Fluent German (native preferred) and professional English are essential (native or bi-lingual preferred). Any other languages are a nice bonus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercially driven, confident, and eager to grow within a performance-oriented sales environment.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely with an international team.
  • Availability to travel to our London or Cologne office, unless you are based there (at least once a quarter, ideally once a month).
