About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AI Prompt Engineer to join our team and help create high-quality, AI-generated image content tailored to the adult entertainment industry. This is a hands-on, creative role for someone who has a deep understanding of prompt engineering and image generation tools. Your main responsibility will be to design and optimize prompts that produce realistic, high-resolution images of human-like figures, while maintaining visual quality and consistency across projects.

This role is fully remote, with flexible working hours, and has the potential to transition into a long-term or full-time position for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• - Develop, test, and refine prompts for AI-based image generation platforms

• - Ensure output images meet standards of realism, visual appeal, and consistency

• - Collaborate with the creative and product teams to align output with brand needs

• - Troubleshoot inconsistencies and continuously improve prompt structures

• - Maintain an organized workflow and document prompt templates and best practices

Requirements

• - Proven experience with prompt engineering for AI image generation (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, DALL·E, Mage.space, or similar tools)

• - Strong understanding of prompt syntax, modifiers, and optimization techniques

• - A creative eye for detail and aesthetic quality, particularly in photorealistic rendering

• - Experience working with adult or NSFW content, with an understanding of ethical and platform guidelines

• - Strong communication and collaboration skills

• - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Nice to Have

• - Experience working with character consistency and multi-prompt workflows

• - Background in art direction, photography, or digital design

• - Familiarity with upscaling tools and post-processing techniques
