Our client currently looking for an experienced and creative TeamLead Media Buyer to work with Facebook, who will help them to scale their advertising campaigns and achieve outstanding results in Tier 1 and Tier 2 markets.
At least 2 years of experience in Media Buying on Facebook, with a focus on Tier 1 markets (Germany, Netherlands – a significant advantage), and experience with Tier 2 markets is a plus.
• Recent successful ad combinations (case studies) that have demonstrated high performance.
• In-depth understanding of Tier 1 market features, local needs, and user behavior.
• Experience managing large budgets.
• Team or project management experience is a plus.
• Analytical mindset, ability to work with large volumes of data, and find solutions under tight deadlines.
• Willingness to test new hypotheses and apply unconventional approaches to traffic acquisition.
Develop and implement traffic acquisition strategies on the Facebook platform for international markets.
• Lead, train, and support a team of media buyers.
• Test new creatives and ad combinations to improve campaign efficiency.
• Manage large budgets and optimize ad spend to meet KPIs.
• Analyze and monitor key performance indicators of campaigns and provide regular reports.
• Collaborate with analysts, creative teams, and other departments to achieve profit goals.
