Senior Affiliate Manager - J288

Our client is a high-growth affiliate network and performance marketing agency specialized in the
verticals of iGaming, Antivirus/VPN, and Lead Generation. Since 2013, they've generated
over $100 million in revenue across global markets through data-driven strategies and
deep affiliate relationships. Now, they’re expanding—and they’re on the hunt for a proven
Senior Affiliate Manager who can hit the ground running and help take them to the next level.

Looking for an experienced Senior Affiliate Manager who comes with an existing book of
high-performing affiliates. In this role, you’ll focus on onboarding, managing, and scaling affiliate
partnerships while driving measurable ROI and long-term value. You’ll play a pivotal role in
expanding their global reach and boosting revenue across top-performing verticals.

Key Responsibilities:
● Activate Affiliates: Onboard and engage affiliates from your existing publisher network to drive immediate campaign performance.
● Grow Partnerships:Manage and strengthen strategic affiliate relationships to increase retention and revenue.
● Optimize Performance: Monitor KPIs (EPC, CR, ROI, AOV) and implement data-driven optimizations to boost results.
● Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with compliance, tracking, creative, and tech teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
● Support Affiliates: Share regular performance updates, creatives, and growth strategies to keep affiliates engaged.
● Recruit New Partners: Prospect and activate affiliates in any high-growth verticals.
● Negotiate Deals: Secure competitive payouts, custom incentives, and exclusive agreements as needed.
● Traffic Channel Expertise: Stay up-to-date across native, push, email, social, and SEO traffic types.
● Ensure Compliance: Monitor affiliate activity to maintain traffic quality and adhere to compliance standards.

● Minimum 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, ideally within an affiliate network, performance agency, or similar environment.
● A well-developed network of active publishers or affiliates, in any vertical, except iGaming.
● Demonstrated success in generating and managing six- to seven-figure monthly affiliate revenue.
● Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain high-value relationships.
● Proficiency with affiliate tracking platforms such as Everflow, Affise, or comparable tools.
● Highly analytical and data-driven, with a solid understanding of affiliate KPIs and performance optimization strategies.
● Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in identifying and pursuing growth opportunities.
